This is for Ossnath, at her special request. This is a quote from our meeting this past week:

We don’t live to recover, we recover to live and we practice these principles in all our affairs.

We always need to tune in, connect to God, pause, turn it over to Him and say:

“God, what should I be doing, right here, right now?” And then turn our thoughts to someone we can help and practice compassionate action.

Hopefully, the longer we do program, the more integrated it becomes within and that all our actions are guided by spiritual principles.
