There was a wonderful site that listed all the early AA pamphlets that discuss the early way of going through the 12 steps. Unfortunately, it is no longer available online. To access it, you have to go through the Way Back Machine. Look up West Baltimore Home Group Early Pamphlets in Alcoholics Anonymous.

One of the useful suggestions from John H. was to always review each of the steps at the beginning of each session. Then, it helps to reinforce them.
