We read and discussed the chapter “To Wives” in the AA Big Book up to page 110:2.

We read and discussed “A Disease of the Spirit” from the appendixes in the brown book Overeaters Anonymous. (98:1)

The homework is to read and highlight the sections in the AA Big Book Chapter 8 “The Wives” and write on what you highlight.

The goal is to have our own personal experience of what the AA Big Book means to us.

Every time before you begin doing any part of the reading or writing, remember to say the “Set Aside Prayer” and bring your spiritual awareness of God, as you understand Him, into this process.

We recover for the sole purpose of carrying the message to those who still suffer and to be of maximum service to God and others.
