W.A.T.C.H. — Step 10 in action

watch

This week we discussed the importance of mindfulness and watching our thoughts, words, feelings and actions.

We discussed the quote:

“Watch your thoughts, they become words; watch your words, they become actions; watch your actions, they become habits; watch your habits, they become character; watch your character, for it becomes your destiny.”

FRANK OUTLAW

This particular quote which is also attributed to many sources, can be easily remembered by the acronym W.A.T.C.H.

W — Watch your Words.

A — Watch your Actions.

T — Watch your Thoughts.

C — Watch your Character.

H — Watch your Habits.

Question of the week: How can taking inventory guide us to be less self-centered and more God-centered?
