Hi Everyone!

I am very grateful to share that my husband had a second cardiac catheterization procedure today and that he is on the road to recovery.

Truly, I have witnessed so many miracles.

Among the miracles, I put my food on the scale, and followed my food plan.

With the help of program, I was blessed with the freedom to experience this event, without turning to food, or something outside of myself for comfort.  And, everywhere and every step of the way, I have witnessed God’s mercy and kindness towards us.
