Dear Emotional Sobriety Workshop Members:
Thank you for everyone’s participation and sharing this Sunday.
This morning we began Step 4. We shared our interpretation of the words of the step, the flow chart and the difference between Steps 4, 10 and 11.
Next week we will continue sharing on the Step 4 Emotional Sobriety OA worksheet, read from the AA 12&12 and go over the various format for the step.
