Hi Everyone!
Attached are the handout that I read today on eating mindfully, which blends very well with Steps 10 and 11.
In addition, I added another document on being in the moment, which blends nicely with our past discussion on Step 10.
I hope that everyone will find them helpful.
I like the idea that even eating can be an opportunity to be fully present and an opportunity to improve our conscious contact with the God of our understanding.
As with everything, take what you want and leave the rest behind.
