THIS WEEK, we continued our study on Step 5. We read and discussed  the chapters Step 5, Step 10 and Step 11 and Our Higher Power in The Unpopular Guide.

I delayed writing this post because I wanted to also include notes from our meeting. It was such a rich discussion!

However, progress, not perfection, is a program principle for life. So, I am just going to post this now without a more detailed summary.

 

On Sunday, we will read the next story in the AA Big Book, It Might Have Been Worse.  If possible, I would like us to also complete the last chapter in The Unpopular Guide to Step 5.  

Just for fun, I found 2 articles about the biography of the author of this story, Chet R.

As a reminder, July 2, is a holiday weekend. Can we discuss during the meeting if we will all be available, or not? After our Steel On Steel Meeting, we will begin our study on Steps 6 and 7.

For Steps 6 and 7, we will read a Step 6 and 7 format together with the OA 12 & 12 and Drop the Rock.
