I just listened to the meeting. It was so inspiring. Thank so much all of you. And yes I am interested in a session of meditation or a group meditation for all of us.
The imagery suggests a scale or weighing. When I “Watch” or ask “What am I thinking/feeling?”, I create a space or pause that enables me to weigh or consider my action. I am then less prone to “react” and can respond more appropriately.
