Other Step 2 Actions

Hi Everyone!

I am planning on posting a few exercises that we can take as part of Step 2.

Although these were posted as a separate document elsewhere on the blog, I thought that it could be helpful to post each one uniquely. Please forgive the large number of posts.



Part of working the steps includes creating a daily Gratitude list of at least 10 items a day.

The trick to doing this successfully is to NOT repeat the items from an earlier list.

Each list is separate from the other with no repeats.
