This week, we completed the story in the AA Big Book The Keys Of The Kingdom.

We need to reach out to others and connect. We have a disease that starts in our minds.
For sponsees who are relapsing:
- What does the food do for you?
- Listen to the voice inside that says, “I need this food” and that “food will give me what I need.”
- When we can listen to that still quiet voice inside, and notice it — we can begin to let it go.
In addition, we began reading We Agnostics in the AA Big Book 45:3
Next week, we will continue reading and discussing We Agnostics and guide our discussion using the UNOFFICIAL GUIDE TO THE TWELVE STEPS by Dr. Paul O.
