This week we read and discussed, The 4 Absolutes Pamphlet. We focused our discussion on honesty and read the section on unselfishness.
Among my favorite quotes, which perfectly captured unselfishness were:
- Am I doing this for me or for the other person?
- How would God have me be?
- What is the next right step?

For the second half of our meeting, we read and discussed Dr. Bob’s Nightmare 179:1

Our homework for this week is to consider and write on: “What does it look like in your life when you are absolutely Unselfishness? Write out a vision for yourself….”
On Sunday, we will continuing reading and discussing The Four Absolutes Pamphlet and the AA Big Book.
The plan for our group is to divide our time between doing the steps and reading from the stories in the AA Big Book.
