Alternative quick and easy evening inventory
As objectively as possible:
- What did I do today that I am proud of?
- What did I do today that I am not proud of?
- What is something concrete that I can do to try to avoid repeating the thing(s) I am not proud of?
Remember: progress not perfection. The goal is to come up with a concrete plan to address the problem.
