Emotional Sobriety And Food 
This is a gem”stone” I want to hold onto and carry it with me. If I am stumbling, it is because I am not using it the way I should. My eye is not on it and it should be, because it’s a landmark ; a reminder; a signpost. If I stumble over it, and again, then I am choosing to live in denial.
