Today, we had a fascinating meeting! We read and discussed the hand out on Surrender and the Therapeutic Process by Henry Tiebout.

 

I am going to try and post the notes from our meeting separately.

In addition, I think that the topic of surrender, submission, defiance, grandiosity, denial and acceptance needs to be explored more deeply.

Aidel asked a brillant question: What are the steps that we need to take to surrender?

After our meeting this morning, I went on line and found some different articles. Aidel suggested the 30 day questions for Steps 1, 2 and 3. In addition, I found other articles on- line which might be helpful to read as a group.
